Jill Kornrumpf

Office Manager

Jill returned to Everyday Democracy as office manager in the spring of 2005 after a “sabbatical” of sorts –- child rearing. She served as the office manager for three years prior to this brief sojourn.

Having been raised and educated in Europe, and been fortunate enough to have traveled extensively in her younger days, Jill thrived on the many contrasting cultures, languages and epicurean treats, which inadvertently resulted in her arriving well-prepared for her work at Everyday Democracy! She spent many years as the practice manager of two veterinary hospitals in New York and managed the office at a busy marina and boatyard in the East End of Long Island.

Jill’s aspirations and plans are plenty, which, luckily for the management of Everyday Democracy, don’t include any foreign travel or more children! She enjoys reading, hiking, snow skiing, tennis, silence (hard to find) and raising her young sons, who do not enjoy reading, tennis or silence.
