William Lewis

Director, Office of Institutional Diversity

William T. Lewis, Sr. provides organizing, training and facilitation to dialogue-to-change programs around the country. William is an experienced facilitator, trainer and consultant. His experience includes conflict resolution, community building, strategic planning, program assessment and evaluation.

William is currently the director of the Office of Institutional Diversity at Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts.

He also is a member of the Indianapolis Race Relations Leadership Network and serves on the Board of Directors for Flanner House Multi-Service Center in Indianapolis.

William is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University and holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a master's degree in social work.
